This Privacy Policy explains how PayoutTrackr (the "Service", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Service.
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate you, process your subscription (via Paddle), send the optional daily summary email if you opt in, and keep the Service secure.
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. We receive only the subscription status and non-sensitive identifiers needed to manage your access.
If you opt in to the daily summary, we send it to your email address. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time from your account.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (for example, our payment processor Paddle and our hosting and email providers), and where required by law.
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Passwords are stored hashed, and access is protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
