These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PayoutTrackr (the "Service"), a web-based software application that provides trading-journal, risk-calculation and payout-planning tools. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PayoutTrackr is a software tool for informational and organisational purposes only. You enter and manage your own trading data. The Service helps you calculate position sizes, record trades and plan withdrawal targets. It is a productivity tool and nothing more.
PayoutTrackr does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, does not execute trades, does not manage funds, and does not guarantee any results or returns. All trading decisions are your own and made at your own risk. Trading carries a high risk of loss.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription of $9.90. Payments are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service, its software, design and content are owned by PayoutTrackr and its licensors. The trading data you enter remains yours.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayoutTrackr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
