השירות מוצע במנוי חודשי מתחדש. התשלום מעובד באמצעות ספק הסליקה שלנו. המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית מדי חודש עד לביטול. ניתן לבטל בכל עת; הגישה נמשכת עד סוף תקופת החיוב הנוכחית. לפרטים ראה מדיניות ביטול והחזר.
PayoutTrackr הוא שירות תוכנה דיגיטלי המסופק אלקטרונית דרך האתר — אין מוצר פיזי ואין משלוח. הגישה לשירות נפתחת מיידית (ולא יאוחר מ-24 שעות) לאחר אישור התשלום, דרך חשבון המשתמש באתר. אין דמי משלוח.
אתה מתחייב שלא לעשות שימוש לרעה בשירות, לרבות ניסיון לשבש אותו, לגשת אליו ללא הרשאה, לבצע בו הנדסה לאחור, למכור אותו מחדש או להשתמש בו לכל מטרה בלתי-חוקית.
השירות, התוכנה, העיצוב והתוכן שלו הם בבעלות PayoutTrackr ובעלי הרישיון שלה. נתוני המסחר שאתה מזין נשארים בבעלותך.
השירות ניתן "כמות שהוא" (AS IS) ללא אחריות מכל סוג. במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק, PayoutTrackr לא תישא באחריות לכל נזק עקיף, מקרי או תוצאתי, או להפסדי מסחר, הנובעים מהשימוש שלך בשירות.
תוכל להפסיק להשתמש בשירות ולבטל את המנוי בכל עת. אנו רשאים להשעות או לסיים את הגישה במקרה של הפרת תנאים אלה.
אנו רשאים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יפורסמו בעמוד זה עם תאריך עדכון.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PayoutTrackr (the "Service"), a web-based software application that provides trading-journal, risk-calculation and payout-planning tools. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PayoutTrackr is a software tool for informational and organisational purposes only. You enter and manage your own trading data. The Service helps you calculate position sizes, record trades and plan withdrawal targets. It is a productivity tool and nothing more.
PayoutTrackr does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, does not execute trades, does not manage funds, and does not guarantee any results or returns. All trading decisions are your own and made at your own risk. Trading carries a high risk of loss.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to use or make a purchase on the Service. Placing an order or subscribing constitutes your declaration that you are aged 18 or older.
The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
PayoutTrackr is a digital software service delivered electronically online — there is no physical product and no shipping. Access to the Service is granted immediately (and no later than 24 hours) after your payment is approved, through your account at this website. There are no delivery or shipping fees.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service, its software, design and content are owned by PayoutTrackr and its licensors. The trading data you enter remains yours.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayoutTrackr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
