PayoutTrackr is a monthly subscription to a digital software service. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
You can cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep access to the Service until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewal payments after the first period are generally non-refundable, because access to the digital service is provided continuously throughout each billing month.
Email us at yinon.aronson@gmail.com with the email address on your account. Because our Merchant of Record is Paddle.com, refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing problem, contact us and we will work with Paddle to resolve it promptly.
